Our ever so indulgent protein shakes at Southern Quarter
Protein shakes, if you’re reading this chances are you’ve probably had a shake or two in your time. Often they can before boring, chugging down on what can only be described as soggy cardboard, probably taste like it too. that all stops with us!
Ingredients you’ll need
- 1x 30g scoop of protein
- 250ml of any milk
- A handful of ice
- Single small scoop of ice-cream
- Your favourite snack peanut butter cups, hint hint.
- Sauces and cream to finish
Get your equipment ready!
- Combat Fuel shaker bottle
- Jug to serve
No! you simply cannot just dump everything into the blender and be done with it, c’mon. You’d just be left with a lumpy sub-standard shake, its all in the method and of course using our top quality supplements.
1 – Mix your milk and choice of protein together in the shaker and put to one side.
2 – In your blender add your ice and, well, blend.
3 – Pour your protein shake into the ice, quick blend then add your ice-cream and repeat.
4 – Crunch up or cut up your peanut butter cups, add in and blend once more.
5 – Line your mug with your favourite sauce, pour in your delicious thick shake, top with cream if you wish and enjoy!
