A powerful strength and growth enhancer. These triple-action capsules play an important role in protein synthesis and increase insulin levels in the body, which stimulates the growth of muscle tissue. Our tablets provide high quantities of zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6, which are key to healthy biological functions but can become depleted through perspiration or metabolism.
Zinc & Magnesium has also been shown to improve sleep patterns if taken shortly before bed. Better sleep equals faster recovery times and improved gains.
When should I take it and how much?
Take two capsules around 30 minutes before bed; having a good pre-bed routine will further boost the effectiveness of this product. You can take up to four capsules per 24hr period.
