This is a full spectrum stimulant free pump pre-workout. Everything you’d expect in a pre-workout simply minus the stimulants making is a perfect go-to for late-night training as well as its intended use as an incredible pump pre-workout. You will experience the craziest skin splitting pumps imaginable with this product!
Combining increased nitric oxide production alongside hyper hydrating, your muscles will feel ‘PUMPED-UP’ beyond anything imaginable throughout the duration of your workout and for some time after. PUMPED-UP increases cellular volumisation of the muscle cell and when combined with increased blood flow its results in the skin splitting pumps and incredible vascularity.
You MUST be well hydrated to use this product or you will not experience the full effect and risk headaches. We recommend storing this product in the fridge to help prevent clumping.
Pumped-Up CAN and WILL settle into a wet sand like texture, this is perfectly normal due to the ingredients used.
15 minutes prior to a workout, mix 1 scoop (22g) with 300ml of water.

I got the caffeine free one as I work shifts and wanted something that would get me going enough to go gym after nights but wouldn’t stop me sleeping. This does just that so if you’re a shift worker this is a good balance.

Used this stuff in the past and it’s always been amazing. Had a LONG lay off but started lifting again and bought another tub. The pumps are amazing and by far the best pump product I’ve ever tried! Previous tubs did go clumpy but I’ve been keeping my current batch in the fridge like directed and had no issues with it. Highly recommend!

It has a great flavour, mixes really well and none of that artificial flavor that some brands have.

The product mixed very easily which is not always the case with pump products , taste is nice and smooth not grainy in any way.
I used it on a weights circuit session.
Bicep pumps were felt upto lunchtime.

Hi Jacob, a wet sand texture is normal and is unfortunately a by-product of such a strongly dosed pump formula. Loosening with a fork and shaking well will ensure the product still works just as well.

Bought it because it formula looked well put together, but when I received the product it was clumped to the point that half of it was like playdough and the other half was just about useable. I know that there is a risk of clumping due to the ingredients used but half of the tub is clumped to the point that it wont even mix with water. The picture attached doesn’t show the full extent of how badly clumped it was as the most of it was stuck at the bottom of the tub.

Bonus that all their products are approved and safe for military personnel who before now wouldn’t have been able to use supplements.

First time using, and chose Apple flavour. Tastes great, mixes well but upon opening it doesn’t resemble a fine powder, more thick demorara sugar texture, almost dough like. Might just be the tub I got or it should be like that? Anyway, I train 4 days a week, straight from bed at 5am, no food, just this and then Combats’ Cyclic Dextrin while I train. Usually for around 50 minutes. I’m 54 years young, been training most of my life and currently do my own version of an Abbrieviated Training programme, just the basics once a week (Leg Press, Shoulder Press, Decline Chest Press, Dips, Curls, Deadlifts and chins – with calfs and abs). I’m telling you all this as it may impact the way this should work as for me it hasn’t made much of a noticeable difference so I intend to go back to Combats’ Pre-Workout. Made a change though 🙂

Love the new Clear Whey and the stim-free pre-workout! As a PT I recommend Combat Fuel to my clients, safe in the knowledge that’s there’s nothing that will interfere with their training or a CDT for the military clients. The Clear Whey is awesome for the morning commute if you don’t want to be drinking milk on the train, and the Pumped Up Pre is epic if you’re training in the evening… Highly recommend to everyone, especially military personnel.
