EAA’s cannot be produced by the body so must be sourced through the diet or supplementation; they will halt muscle protein breakdown and support muscle recovery and growth.
This product is recommended for use intra-workout and can be stacked with our cyclic dextrin for unrivalled sustainable energy throughout the hardest of workouts. Mix one scoop with 300ml of water.

I recently tried the EAA’s & Electrolytes in the Strawberry & Lime flavour, and I must say, it’s a great combination of taste and performance. The strawberry and lime mix is both refreshing and invigorating without being overly sweet. It’s perfect for sipping during workouts, helping me stay hydrated while delivering essential amino acids to support muscle recovery.
I noticed an improvement in my endurance and felt less fatigued after intense sessions. The electrolyte balance really helps maintain energy levels, especially during longer, more demanding workouts. Overall, a great addition to my fitness routine!

I have tried both Strawberry&lime + mango punch now and really like them both, good ingredient choice. Something I would like to see a change with is the Himalayan pink sea salt, as this has been found to have metals ect so would better substituted with Celtic sea salt for example I feel like this is quite an important thing to look into and improve as will think sway my choice next purchase.Being honest the strawberry and lime wasn’t my favourite to begin but after trying a few time really enjoyed it, my family liked the taste from the start. The opposite has happened with the mango punch so my takeaway is give it a chance!!

Generally when it comes to EAA’s, most are very similar, unless it is packed with unnecessary fillers.This is a no-nonsense, exactly what you want when buying EAA’s, and best of all tastes great. Unlike other options which quite frankly are what I imagine dry cardboard to taste like.
